Our stories, our experiences, and the environments and systems we live in all matter. I honor the inherent wholeness of everyone I work with. I hold continuous curiosity and unconditional positive regard with the belief that the client is the expert of their experience. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and work collaboratively with my clients. Through the cultivation of a safe enough container, I encourage my clients to show up as their whole, authentic self as I show up as my whole, authentic self. I often work with autistic folks, ADHDers, AuDHDers, 2SLGBTQ+ folks, trans & gender expansive folks, and those looking to integrate their intersectional identities within the context of their environment. I utilize approaches that are relationally driven, affirming, and lean into the power of the therapeutic relationship.
