Curiosity is at the heart of the talk therapy process. It invites us to approach our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors with a willingness to explore rather than judge. An antidote to shame, curiosity allows us to sit with uncertainty, develop new insights, and heal wounded parts of ourselves with loving attention. I help adults from all backgrounds who feel stuck in painful patterns with self-sabotage, drugs and alcohol, codependent relationships, or broken records of negative thoughts. I have specialized experience with recovery and LGBTQ communities. In-person available in New Orleans, teletherapy available to LA and WA residents.
