Golden Horse Counseling exists because so many of us feel disconnected—from our bodies, our emotions, even our own stories—and don’t know why. As an EMDR Consultant and lifelong learner, I continually deepen my expertise so I can meet each client and fellow therapist exactly where they are. I draw on advanced training in EMDR, structural dissociation, Deep Brain Reorienting, and Equine‑Assisted EMDR to inform every session. Here, we don’t “fix” problems; we open a safe, supportive space to explore, integrate, and transform. I offer a space for adults to understand themselves & heal.
