I work with folks who are 18 years old or older and am licensed in both MN and WI. I enjoy helping those who are struggling with a variety of stressors and symptoms such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions (e.g., college, ending of relationships, jobs, moving, etc.), grief and loss, and low self-esteem. I strongly believe in meeting people where they are at when they walk through the door without judgment. I pull from a variety of therapeutic techniques based on the individual’s needs such as Humanistic, Existential, and CBT.
