Hello! I am a strength based, narrative, emotion focused therapist, and self-identified philosopher. I’ve been working in the field since 2012 with experience in multiple settings, including outpatient, in-home, school-located, and residential dual, mental health and chemical dependency, services and have worked with diverse individuals, couples, and families. However, my heart lies with young adults, couples, and family work. As an artist, I enjoy helping others find their own creativity and hold a deep passion for life and its beauty. Anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationships dynamics are areas of specialty.
