Hey there! Thank you so much for stopping by! I’m Brittany, an LCSW and owner of Untangling Together. I provide virtual therapy, helping clients get to the root of their struggles and build better coping skills. I’m licensed in New Jersey and Nevada (based). My approach is warm and personal—I want you to feel as comfortable as you would with a friend. Together, we’ll focus on truly enjoying life, not just getting through it. My ideal client is ready for change and open to a step-by-step approach. Let’s work together to create healthier patterns and lasting growth. I am extremely flexible with my time and have open availability. I work with all ages and offer virtual sessions for anyone comfortable with technology. I’m DBT certified and specialize in OCD, anxiety, & mood-related issues. I am Grief certified. I’m also pursuing certification with MSTI in sex therapy, supporting my LGBTQIA+ friends and those navigating desire, PCOS, menopause, puberty, sexual dysfunction, & more!
