Navigating the challenges of being human in relationship with others is where growth, healing, and transformation truly happen. In our work together, I will prioritize creating a safe, collaborative and compassionate space where you can explore your strengths and overcome obstacles to live the life you envision. In my practice I enjoy working through a holistic lens grounded in compassion and curiosity with teens, young adults, and adults. I've practiced as both a clinical therapist and perinatal mental health care coordinator, equipping me with unique insights into navigating complex life transitions. I draw upon psychodynamic, relational and mindfulness-based theory to build trust and safety. I’m also trained in Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET) and enjoy working with clients seeking healing from past trauma events. Therapy with me is a collaborative journey.
