Brittany is a clinician with a Master’s in Psychology and over 10 years of experience supporting children, young adults, and families in a variety of settings. She has extensive experience working with neurodivergent clients, mood disorders, and life transitions. While she has a special focus on children and young adults, Brittany welcomes clients at all life stages. Her style is casual, compassionate, and trauma-informed, integrating Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
