I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals suffering with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, and Life Transitions. If you find yourself struggling with intrusive thoughts and feel stuck in the past, I am here to help. I am invested in assisting my patients in finding ways to live a fulfilling life. I strongly believe in utilizing the therapeutic relationship as an instrument for change. I identify as a Psycho-Dymanic Therapist, but utilize additional modalities such as Trauma Resiliency Model, EMDR, Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Experiential, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
