First off, if you are reading this it means you are wanting to take some steps to better yourself and I commend you for that. I have two main specialties: trauma (in its many different forms) and addiction (both substance and behavioral in nature). I also have experience working with people struggling with depression, anxiety, stress from life changes, grief, toxic relationships, bipolar disorder, disordered eating and other struggles. The foundation of my practice is the working relationship and trust with you as a client. I believe in working with you where you are mentally/emotionally and letting you set the pace of treatment. I provide high support and validation but also accountability to help you achieve your goals.
