I am passionate about providing the latest evidence-based & trauma-informed interventions, education, & nervous system regulation skills to help individuals regain their personal power. It is so easy to become stuck or lose ourselves in wrestling with relational difficulties. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing emotional and/or narcissistic dysfunction & abuse, addiction (or living with someone who is addicted), & those surviving interpersonal and intimate-partner violence at any point in their process. Co-creating a space with curiosity & a firm belief in your value and power will allow for authentic healing. I utilize the latest evidence-based treatments, including EMDR (a bottom-up therapy that helps us holistically address the heart of trauma relatively quickly in a safe & connected way), attachment-focused interventions, Acudetox & skills that allow us to intentionally engage the principles of nervous system regulation to aid in healing from the inside out.
