Thank you for taking a moment to consider me for your counseling needs! I'm a counselor that has a wide scope of experience, ranging from neurodivergency (including ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder), adolescents, anxiety and depression, women's empowerment, grief, and eating disorders. I believe that the best counseling experience is derived when a person feels empowered enough to challenge their own comfort zone and explore their vulnerability, and I actively work to be the counselor that a client can do that with.
