Working with teens and children, we will work on peer relationships, anxiety, and school difficulties. We will also touch on anger management, coping skills, and emotion regulation! For adults, we will be working on anxiety and depression, life transitions, and identity. Every individual, whether a youth or adult, presents with their own complex needs and goals, and my focus will be to identify what those are, and how we can work together to best address them.
