I love meeting new people and walking along side of them as we journey through this thing called life. As a practical, interactive, result driven therapist, I want to provide each of my clients with tools and insight that is applicaible to their lives. Genuineness and compassion is evident in my approach. I serve individuals and families. As a mother of three, I am familiar with supporting loved ones through stressful moments and navigating the stages of development. I take pride in understanding the parent and child perspective. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for adults, adolescents, and children. I recently completed intensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for Children (DBT-C). I'm also Basic Certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I have experience in areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, child/teen issues, and parenting to note a few.
