I work with individuals, couples and families to ease distress and help promote meaningful change. I provide a safe, judgement free space to allow my clients to discover who they truly are and what they need to live a fulfilling life. I take a collaborative approach and cater my therapeutic style and interventions to match my client's unique personality and concerns to encourage their strengths and challenge them to meet and exceed their therapeutic goals.
