I'm Brittany Feghali, and I believe that the connection between therapist and client is one of the most powerful tools for change. I strive to create a safe, validating, and empowering space where you feel seen, heard, and supported and yes, sometimes we laugh, too. I often incorporate humor into sessions when appropriate, because healing doesn’t always have to be heavy to be meaningful. No two people are the same, and therapy shouldn't be either. I tailor each session to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches like EMDR, DBT (including DBT for PTSD), CBT, and more. My goal is to meet you where you are.
