I have two main areas of specialty, including women's health and autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Many of my clients are women that are experiencing major life transitions (infertility, career issues, relationship issues, perimenopause), which may have triggered stress or burnout. I also provide ASD evaluations remotely to adolescents and adults. I help parents understand and navigate parenting a child with ASD, ADHD, or anxiety. My focus is on providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan based on your goals.
