Hi! I am Brittany. I help adolescents and adults explore ways to work through life’s challenges, set healthy boundaries, create kindness within themselves, and improve their connection with themselves and others. While I work with several issues, my jam is working with clients that are dealing with high levels of anxiety, working through life transitions, and struggling with self-esteem.
