Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, whether you’re new to the process or in a transitional phase of life. My goal is to provide a space that allows you to boldly embrace your journey with all its challenges and possibilities. I am neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and culturally sensitive. This means I not only assess your mental health needs but also take into account your lived experiences and worldview. This awareness provides opportunities for me to support you more holistically, honoring who you are while helping you build resilience and well-being.
