If you’ve spent most of your life holding it together for others while quietly falling apart inside, you’re not alone. I work with adults who have learned to survive by staying strong, responsible, or emotionally vigilant, often due to early trauma, relational wounds, or overwhelming life experiences. Many feel anxious, disconnected, or exhausted from carrying too much for too long. Our work is relational and trauma-informed, focused on healing at the root, restoring connection, and creating lasting, meaningful change.
