Hi, I’m Brittany, if you’re struggling right now we can get through this together. I am particularly passionate about supporting couples, teens, young adults, and women struggling with postpartum depression, infertility, and parenting and marriage stress. I am a licensed mental health counselor, with over 14 years experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. I strive to provide a safe and supportive space for each one of my clients. I have extensive training in cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, art therapy, and trauma informed therapy.
