Topics I enjoy supporting include: relationship and family challenges, adjusting to major life changes, young adulthood, navigating the world as BIPOC individuals, and perinatal mental health. My goal is to help you feel empowered to make choices and changes that align with your values, amplify your internal voice, and honor your past, current, and future self. Additionally, as a certified perinatal therapist, I treat mood and anxiety disorders and grief in moms, dads, and non-binary birthing people, during pre-conception, pregnancy, and postpartum.
