My ideal client is someone who’s feeling overwhelmed, maybe even stuck; whether from the weight of past trauma, the grind of anxiety and depression, or the challenges of navigating a world that hasn’t always been kind. They might be in survival mode, just trying to get through the day, or they might be further along and looking to understand themselves more deeply and grow. Many of the clients I work with are managing complex trauma, struggling with emotional regulation, or seeking healing from systems that have marginalized them; like the criminal justice system or societal pressures tied to race, gender, or identity.
