Sometimes life seems hopeless and we're left feeling helpless and fractured. Even in the most difficult situations, I believe healing is possible and that counseling can be a wonderful tool to move towards feeling whole. I primarily counsel Christians, individuals experiencing anxiety or other mental health concerns, and moms who are navigating the difficulties of pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood. I help my clients identify underlying beliefs and thought patterns that are contributing to their distress, while processing past experiences that are keeping them stuck. I educate my clients on the role our brains and bodies play in our mental and emotional health, enabling my clients to experience improvements in their overall health and well-being.
