I’m Brittany McBryde Williams, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Ocala, Fl and a doctoral candidate (3rd yr) in Counselor Education and Supervision PhD program at The Chicago School. In addition to my efforts in academia, I work as a neuro-affirming psychotherapist and am a published author. My educational experience includes a Bachelors in Psychology from University of Central Florida, a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Graduate certificate in Psychology with a specialization in Play Therapy both from Capella University, and over 225 hours of specialized Play Therapy instruction. In the first session, clients can expect a warm and welcoming environment where they will have the opportunity to discuss their reasons for seeking therapy, share their concerns, and begin to establish a therapeutic relationship with you.
