My passion lies in helping young adults and adolescents navigate the complexities of trauma through the power of expressive arts. I believe that everyone has a unique story, and I'm here to support you in telling yours. I combine trauma-focused hypnotherapy, mindfulness practices, poetry, music, and talk therapy to create a nurturing and compassionate space for self-discovery and healing. I also have a furry friend that accompanies me in session, a bubbly golden retriever.
