About
I specialize in working with young adults navigating grief, loss, and chronic illness—experiences that can quietly unravel your sense of self and the life you imagined. Whether you’re mourning the death of a loved one, living with the ongoing impact of illness, or moving through a major life transition, I offer a grounded, supportive space to slow down and make sense of what you’re carrying. Drawing from both my clinical training and my own lived experience with loss, I understand how layered, isolating, and deeply personal these moments can feel. I work with young adults who are carrying grief alongside demanding lives. In our work together, we create space to slow down, make meaning of your loss, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels grounding and honest. Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and thoughtful—less about “fixing” and more about helping you feel understood and supported.
