Welcome! Taking the step to begin counseling can be very daunting but at the same time exciting. I truly believe that change is possible and would feel honored to help you on your path. I have specialized training in perinatal mental health. As a mother of young children myself, I understand how challenging conception, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting are in today's world. I also work with women and men around anxiety, life transitions, trauma, depression, and relationships.
