On the outside you keep it together, but on the inside you are in pieces trying to hang onto this never-ending roller-coaster ride. The world is on your shoulders. No one gets it. The emotional ups and downs make you sick and you’re left feeling exhausted. My focus is meeting you exactly where you need me to be. I will help you work through day-to-day struggles, teach you ways to cope effectively with your stress, and help you gather insight on who you are. Learning how things effect you will help you learn how to move through the things that hold you down.
