Hi, I’m Brittany a licensed therapist in Vermont, Colorado and Florida, and my goal is to help you create a more meaningful, authentic life. I work with people who have experienced trauma as well as those navigating major life transitions. Many of my clients are neurodivergent and also coping with addiction, disordered eating, compulsive behaviors, or healing from abusive relationships, and are ready to make real change.
