Creating a safe, affirming space for my clients is at the heart of my work. I believe that healing begins when we feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. I specialize in working with women of color as they navigate life’s many transitions—whether it’s the postpartum period, managing anxiety, or finding balance in changing roles and identities. As women of color, we often carry multiple roles and expectations that can leave us feeling overwhelmed or unseen. My work is centered on helping you honor your identity, reconnect with your sense of self, and find balance and peace in the process.
