Life can be challenging, but you do not have to go through it alone. As your therapist, I promise to always be compassionate about your struggles and to meet you where you’re at. I believe that when you're able to create safety within, heal past traumas, and access your authenticity, life can become better, easier, and more aligned. I am trained in numerous evidenced based psychotherapy models such as Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, CBT, EMDR and Internal Family Systems Therapy. Together we will work on regulating your nervous system, and find ways to bring more peace into your life.
