I predominately work with individuals ages 8-25 who might struggle with various issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger management, and low self esteem. I also have experience working with adults and families. I use various therapeutic techniques such as, cognitive behavioral and person centered, to help individuals who might be struggling with anything from day to day struggles to a significant life event. I am also trained in EMDR.
