I am currently accepting new clients for Jan 2026. My intention is to serve through compassion. I trust our innate capacities for love and healing, and work with my clients to relieve suffering by creating pathways for deep and authentic connections with ourselves, others, and our world. I often bring perspectives from Buddhist psychology, mindfulness, and somatic (embodied) therapies into the space to help guide sessions. I am also knowledgeable of DBT and can teach skills if requested.
