My name is Brittany and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in the Bay Area and supporting clients statewide via telehealth. I love working with adolescents, and adults, and I specialize in anxiety, perfectionism, depression, and self-esteem issues through a reflective and humanistic trauma-informed approach. My work is grounded in Anti-Racist and Feminist Scholarship, Polyvagal Theory, Relational Neurobiology, Mindfulness, and Attachment Theories.
