I am a therapist and trauma-informed clinician with dual master’s degrees in Social Work and Special Education, and I hold a Provisional Social Worker license. I support adults, adolescents, and families navigating anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, life transitions, trauma, and neurodevelopmental differences, including Autism Spectrum Disorder. I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally dysregulated and are seeking both practical tools and deeper insight to better understand themselves and their patterns.
