My role as a therapist is to cultivate a safe environment where you can show up as your authentic self. My passion is working with clients who have experienced childhood trauma and helping my clients understand the thoughts and behaviors that follow this kind of trauma. I want to work collaboratively with you through the challenges you face, no matter how big or small they may seem. I believe the quality of your relationship with your therapist is an important part of the healing process that develops over time.
