About
Every one of us has encountered unique challenges in our lives that have led us to how we are feeling and functioning in this moment. Often, these challenges lead us to be harsh, inflexible, and unforgiving to ourselves. Treating ourselves this way can result in unwanted consequences in our relationships with ourselves, friendships, our work, and our families. My goal with clients is to help you gain knowledge, skills, and compassion as we explore these challenges and find new ways for you to relate to yourself and the world. My therapeutic work addresses issues around anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and work-life balance. I facilitate the development of self-compassion as a skill to be practiced. I have specialized, extensive experience working with trauma, including healthcare workers, interpersonal violence, sexual assault, and military combat.
