You’re doing all the things—showing up for work, school, relationships, maybe even therapy—and still feel off. Burned out, anxious, and tired of pretending you’re fine when you’re barely holding it together. I work with young adults, grad students, and early-career professionals who overthink, overfunction, and feel stuck or disconnected. Many are helpers—medical providers, therapists, educators—running on empty and beating themselves up for not having more to give. I’m Brittany—a therapist, a straight-shooter, and someone who genuinely cares about the people I work with. I won’t stare at you silently, hand you worksheets, or tell you to “just journal.” We’ll name the patterns that keep showing up, understand why they’re there, and figure out what actually helps you move forward.
