My career has been centered on youth and adult care. After undergrad, I worked with youth in the schools around life skills. After graduate school, I dedicated most of my time to adult care to help generations face pain or loss with more tools rather than process or substance dependence. In the last 5 years, I have a combined practice of behavioral medicine in Texas, California, and Utah to serve families, youth and adults in relapse prevention, problem solving and communication skills.
