I do sober coaching and companion work as well as interventions for loved ones. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, recognizing that addiction and trauma impact the whole self: mind, body, and spirit. Whether you’re seeking individual healing or support for your entire family, I’m here to help you move from pain and confusion toward clarity, connection, and long-term recovery.
