My name is Brittney Loera and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is also a Christian who practices therapy from a Christian Worldview. Christian Counseling can be a wonderful tool used to bring Biblical principles that are important to you into the personal counseling experience. Life can be challenging, therapy can help. I utilize many tools to aid in deeper self-awareness, personal growth, relaxation, intrinsic motivation, and more. Using the skill set that I have gained through education and professional experience, we will work together to discover the freedom, joy, and peace that was always meant for you. My education and training enables me to offer individual, couple, and family therapy. I endeavor to help people who struggle with relationship problems such as: Communication, Marital Discord, Premarital Challenges, Parenting Challenges, Foster/Adoption Issues, Blended Family Challenges, Postpartum Depression, and Postpartum Anxiety.
