You are the expert in your own life and my role as your therapist is to help facilitate the changes you want to make. My desire is to provide a safe space for clients to heal past trauma, share vulnerable emotional experiences, and identify barriers to their success. I am passionate about the work I do to help individuals, couples, and families create the lives they desire. I offer a safe, affirming space for individuals, couples, and families to heal from trauma, explore vulnerable emotions, and overcome barriers to connection and fulfillment. My work is grounded in a client-centered, trauma-informed approach that honors your unique strengths, identities, and goals.
