I am a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) who works with children (ages 3 and older), adolescents, and young adults. My clinical interests include anxiety, mood-related concerns, self-esteem, boundary development, emotional regulation, and the identification and expression of emotions. I also support clients navigating daily life challenges, identity development, and life transitions. I am especially mindful of how early experiences, ongoing stress, and unmet emotional needs can shape how individuals understand themselves and engage with the world.
