I specialize in helping people like you- people who mean well and want to do good- but somehow just "can't" be who they want to be. It is so painful to feel inadequate inside... and even more painful to watch your child feel that way... My current work as a school counselor and background in addictions has given me a unique perspective on how to help children and teens thrive.
