I am a resident therapist at Inner Resources Counseling, committed to working with vulnerable populations, from preteen through adulthood, to explore life experiences and the impact they have had on our mental health while providing a supportive, warm, and non judgemental environment. I specialize in providing client centered care with individuals who are struggling with anxiety and depressive symptoms related to trauma or simple daily life stressors that have become too overwhelming to navigate. I have experience working with individuals and families who have been impacted by divorce, grief, or other major life events.
