Many of my clients are women in transition navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, identity shifts, relationship patterns, or the quiet grief of a life that no longer fits. They’re often carrying old stories, people-pleasing roles, or spiritual wounds, and want to feel like themselves again. I often work with creatives, students, caretakers or highly driven women who’ve spent years holding it together and tend to be the one others turn to. Most are longing for clarity, grounding, purpose, and a place where they don’t have to perform or mask.
