I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with trauma, grief, intimate partner violence, and major life transitions. My style is warm, collaborative, and empowering. Drawing from CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution-Focused, and Person-Centered approaches, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where healing and growth can flourish.
