Life provides us with what we can handle. However, it never stated that we had to do it alone. I believe that during some of those trying times, having someone to talk to and work through life's stressors allows us to grow and reach our full potential. Sometimes life becomes difficult to manage and having a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your feelings and emotions authentically can be the key to gaining a deeper understanding of ways to manage stress from the minor to the significant. I have experience in various settings such as inpatient, non-profit agencies, corrections, and schools.
