I specialize in working with children, adolescents and adults, and I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. I can assist people of all ages in managing stressors, anxiety, depression and overcoming trauma. My passions include providing play therapy to children as well as working with adults to overcome challenges. I recognize the significance of building a strong connection with my clients and aim to provide them with a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore their emotions and experiences. One of my specialized areas is working from a trauma-informed perspective. I have specialty training in Play Therapy, Child-Parent Psychotherapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I also have extensive experience with working with children in foster care, foster parents, adoptive families and individuals who have experienced trauma.
